What do we recommend you pack?

Your swimsuit is very important
Biodegradable sunscreen (preferred) and suntan lotion
Hat or cap to reduce sunburn and heat exhaustion.
Pack tennis shoes, sandals and water shoes (which are a great help for some of our water parks).
Comfortable and fresh clothes
In the rainy season (May – October), we recommend you bring a light sweater in case the temperature drops
We suggest you pack clothes and accessories for special occasions or going out to dinner, since some restaurants have a dress code.
In Mexico, it is considered a gesture of gratitude for the good service , which is normally between 10% and 15%. We recommend you take this into consideration and one option could be to carry some cash

Transportation

Booking a Shuttle Service from Cancun Airport to the Hotel Zone of Cancun is the quickest and easiest transfer option, but we share other options and their characteristics to move upon arrival or while you know and visit the different tourist spots of the Mexican Caribbean like Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Costa Mujeres or cross the turquoise blue sea on a Ferry or Catamaran to the islands of Holbox, Cozumel and Isla Mujeres.
